| The goals of the UC Davis ACHA RFG are to introduce undergraduate and graduate students to the research areas in applied harmonic analysis at the UCD Math Department, such as time-frequency analysis, signal- and image-processing, digital communications, and numerical harmonic analysis, to provide a forum through which graduate students can interact more closely with faculty and postdoctoral fellows early in their graduate careers, and to afford postdoctoral fellows an opportunity to learn leadership skills necessary for a successful mathematical career.
