Thick hyperbolic 3-manifold whose fundamental group is generated by 3 elements

I will discuss the structure of those hyperbolic 3-manifolds with a lower bound of the injectivity radius and whose fundamental group is generated by 3 elements. As a consequence, we prove that the Heegaard genus of such a 3-manifold is bounded from above by a function of the injectivity radius.
