We will read and discuss the paper "Ponzano-Regge Model Revisited II: Equivalence with Chern-Simons" [gr-qc/0410141], by Freidel and Louapre.
This paper is fairly self contained, but we may also look at its predecessor "PRMR I" [hep-th/0401076].
