In 2008, Barvinok and Novik studied the faces of the convex hull of the odd trigonometric moment curve. They showed that this convex body is locally k-neighborly and use this to construct centrally symmetric polytopes with high face numbers. We will review these results and resolve one of the conjectures from their paper, which leads to a complete characterization of the edges of this orbitope. In small dimensions we'll be able to see many other faces as well.
