Description
We find locally free resolutions of length 1 for all Gieseker semi-stable
sheaves on the complex projective plane having Hilbert polynomial
P(m)=rm+c, where r=4, 5, 6. The corresponding moduli spaces are thus
naturally stratified according to the type of resolution.
The strata are quotients modulo certain algebraic groups and have
concrete geometric descriptions.
