I will define a commutative deformation of K-theory K(X) for a special class of holomorphic symplectic varieties X (Nakajima quiver varieties). The deformed algebra is known as "quantum K-theory" of X. Its structure constants are given by Gromov-Witten invariants of X. I show that this algebra has a very explicit and simple description in terms of geometric R-matrices defined by Maulik and Okounkov.
