Constant scalar curvature metrics on blow-ups of Kahler surfaces.

It is known that the blow-up of a constant scalar curvature Kahler manifold of (complex) dimension greater than 2 also admits a metric of constant scalar curvature if it is K-stable. I will present a partial result in dimension two.
