Q-opers and Quantum/Classical duality

We define twisted SL(N) q-opers on a projective line with regular singularities. We find direct connections between q-opers, XXZ Bethe Ansatz equations, and, in some specific cases, with trigonometric Ruijsenaars-Schneider model. The later two are related to each other via quantum/classical duality. We demonstrate that both models arise naturally from q-opers.
