In this talk I will explain how to produce cluster charts in the moduli space of framed flat connections by using Floer theory. In particular, I will introduce the necessary Lagrangians in the cotangent bundle of a marked surface and present the disk contributions in their Floer product, which can be computed via Morse flow trees. Finally, I will discuss why these disks suffice for the computation of BPS indices in the 4d N=2 supersymmetric QFTs of Class S and their coupled 2d-4d systems.
