An Invitation to QFT and Physical Mathematics

The seminar is targeted to Graduate Students. During the Winter Quarter, the seminar series is designed for an invitation to Mathematics and GGAM faculty members' research projects. Speakers are asked to present the following points: (1) Introduction of the speaker as a researcher; (2) An overview of the speaker's research area, such as their own exciting discoveries and trends of the area; and (3) An invitation to the speaker's research projects. Talks are informal, and lunch will be served during the talk.
This week we hear from Tudor, whose research is often called "physical mathematics," and has ignited excitement in many frontiers of pure mathematics, including topology, representation theory, symplectic geometry, number theory, and algebraic geometry.
Lunch will be served.
