Description
Given a partition \lambda, I am going to consider a subgroup of Perm(SYT(\lambda)), generated by \{P,S,*\}, where P is the "total promotion" operator, S is the "evacuation" operator, and * is something (turn out to be redundant). Interesting questions can be asked about
1). the structure of the group.
2). the actions of this group on STY(\lambda)
A lot of these questions are "experimental mathematics" in flavor, SAGE seems useful in investigating them.
I have not done a extensive research in the litterateurs to see if these questions have been considered/answered before.
