Linear systems with fat points in the projective space

We analyse linear systems of hypersufaces of fixed degree and multiplicities passing through a prescribed set of general points in P^n. We introduce Harbourne Hirschowitz conjecture in projective plane, Laface Ugaglia conjecture in three dimensional space. We present generalizations to arbitrary dimensions and we prove it for small number of points.
