In this talk I will introduce N-graphs and their flag moduli. These graphs will encode the combinatorics of singularities of spatial wavefronts. Their associated moduli will then give rise to several incidence problems in the flag variety, which can actually be solved by algebraic geometric techniques. In particular, these moduli yield computable algebraic invariants of Legendrian surfaces, as the examples and computations in the talk will illustrate.
