Fedosov connections on jet bundles and deformation quantization

Description
I shall explain how Kontsevich's local formula for
star-products can be patched together, using (generalized)
Fedosov connections, to yield global star-products on Poisson
manifolds. In the symplectic case, this approach gives in
particular an identification of Kontsevich's star-product
with Fedosov's.
