We classify all the components of the n,n+1 nested Hilbert scheme of points on non-reduced plane curves. All components are indexed by partitions of n satisfying certain combinatorial conditions, and all components have the same dimension. We use such components to define the Nakajima operators between the homologies of the Hilbert scheme of points on non-reduced curves.
