Given a Siegel modular form for SP(4,Z), one can associate it with a spinor (degree 4) L-function. The first and second moments of the spinor L-functions, weighted by the "harmonic weight", were studied by Kowalski-Saha-Tsimerman and Blomer. In this talk, we will review their results and discuss an upper bound for the second moment of the spinor L-functions with a different weight.
