Probabilistic techniques in packing theory

Description
Using probability theory we develop a framework through which
packing problems in hyperbolic space can be understood. This enables us to
prove the conjecture (by G. Fejes Toth, G. Kuperberg and W. Kuperberg)
that completely saturated packings exist.
