Counting Lattice Points in Polyhedra

In this talk I will present one approach (out of many) to counting lattice points in polyhedra. I will present some examples and applications, and I will introduce you to the computer code LattE (developed here at UC Davis) that will (automatically and possibly after quite some computing) tell you the number of lattice points in the polyhedron that you have specified.
