Prof. Naoki Saito
We will be doing homework online with MyMathLab. This has many
advantages as you will see.
In order to use MyMathLab, you need to get a license (equivalently,
a student access code).
If you purchased a new textbook for this class or previous classes such as
MAT 21A or 21B, the license comes with the textbook.
If not, you need to purchase a license. There are two ways to buy this:
-
Online purchase via http://www.coursecompass.com . If you try to register it as a student, then it takes you to
the purchase page. Along the way, you need to enter the Course ID: saito88015.
- Purchase from UCD Bookstore.
MyMathLab is an interactive website where you can:
- Do homework your instructor assigns.
- Get personalized study plans with exercises that match your book.
- Get help when you need it from multimedia learning aids like
videos
and animations.
- Talk to a live tutor via a toll free number.
- Self-test to improve your math skills or take tests.
What do I need to get started?
You will need the following:
- A valid email address.
- A student access code.
- The Course ID: saito88015
What steps do I take next? (Please read this even if you already have your MyMathLab account.)
Follow the steps below.
