Course Content
We will cover material from Chapters 3-6 in the Lecture Notes- Lp spaces: basic properties, inequalities, covergence criteria, MCT, DCT, Fatou, approximation, daul spaces and weak convergence
- Fourier transform on L1, Schwartz space, tempered distributions, L2, and LP
- Sobolev spaces: weak derivatives, Morrey's inequality, Gagliardo-Nirenberg inequality, embedding theorems, smoothing operators
- Sobolev spaces using the Fourier Transform
