We recommend that participants arrive on Sunday Sep 11 and leave Friday Sep 16.

Participants are encouraged to stay in Davis, but Sacramento, Woodland and even Berkeley are within  commuting distance (by public transport or car). 

Amtrak is a convenient option to commute from Sacramento and Berkeley.
Woodland and Sacramento are connected to Davis by Yolo public bus transport, see yolobus.
